Sport and teams

Add your sport and age-group teams so rosters, calendar, and message groups have a home.

Name the sport, then create the teams you will actually run this season. If you already converted tryout registrations, tighten placeholder names (U14, U16) into real age groups.

Sport first

Add at least one sport and the positions your coaches use. Details: Sports & positions.

Teams

Create a team for each age group or program. Each team gets its own messaging channel automatically. Details: Create your teams.

Coaches

Invite head and assistant coaches from Members or the team roster. Rule-based channels stay in sync — skip Custom groups until you have a reason. See Messaging & channel membership.
